The building has a beautiful historic structure. A lovely spa was available for my enjoyment! the food was excellent at the mayflower restaurant. Truly delicious. the staff took good care of me throughout my stay.
Check-in was brief. I found the process confused because more than one person spoke to me. i had to ask for basic details, like the locations of restaurants and the spa! the signs to my room were poor. the room itself felt dated. It was also small and of average quality.
